             Yesterday was TGIT with Scandal and How to Get Away with Murder.  These two shows have rocked Thursday night with their premier episode. Scandal has just reached a new level of excitement. Scandal started off with Olivia and Fitz having sex and preparing for the party. Then at the party every one noticed that Mellie was not there and they said that she had come down with the flu. Mellie was not there at the party because Fitz did not want her to be there.  Olivia was called in to help solve the case of the dead princess by the queen. As the show goes no you see that Mellie was sworn in to be senator of Virginia. Mellie finally gets to talk to Fitz about she was so sorry and wanted to get back together but then Fitz hands her divorce papers. Mellie not wanting to give up on Fitz goes and seek out Sirus to help her convince Fitz that they should stay together and that they should not get a divorce and that they can get another eight years in the white house but Sirus turn her down because he does not like her.  Then Olivia found out who killed the princess and it was the queen and she goes to tell the prince what happened. The prince then went ahead and removes his mother from power and takes over. As the show came to the end we saw Fitz and Olivia became closer. The preview from net week is that Fitz and Olivia relationship goes public and the person that I think leaked the story was the Chief of Staff herself.  Scandal was followed up by How to Get Away with Murder.  In the opener there was a recap of what happened to Rebecca and that she ran away. Annalise has to find out who killed her and why. While at the same time working on a case where she is trying to represent two kids who were convicted of killing their parents as well as dealing with Nate case. Annalise begins to think that Will is the one that killed Rebecca because he is acting weird. Then out of a no where a super powered criminal attorney comes out of the blue and agrees to help out Annalise. Then Nate begins to feel that Annalise has set him up for failure and wants him to go to jail and threatens to expose her. Annalise then goes and talk to the lawyer that she hired.  The viewer then learns that Annalise and the lawyer that she hired were actually lovers at some point in time. The other thing is that Rebecca killer is Bonnie Annalise assistant. The thing that I think readers would like to know is Annalise now a bisexual and is she going to get back together with her ex-lover.

Empire

As you all know that yesterday was the day that Empire new season started. After watching the first episode I can only say that I cannot wait until the next episode and what is to come later on in the season. It picked up where they stopped last season at free Lucious rally to get Lucious bond and him out of jail. Cookie and Hakeem then talked about taking over Empire so that way it will be there and no longer Lucious.  Lucious in jail was able to peep Cookie game that she was up to something because of the way that she was talking to Mimi and he had a feeling about that so he sent his son Jamal to investigate. The thing that I do not understand was the fact that Cookie, Hakeem, Andre or Boo Boo Kitty did not think that Lucious was going to figure out what happened and what they were up to.  Cookie did everything in her power to persuade Mimi to get to her to side with her in the takeover.  Cookie even brought Mimi to the rally and then out to an after party. Cookie even went as far as to give Boo Boo Kitty to Mimi to close the deal because she knew that Mimi was in to women and wanted to close the deal. The twist was that Lucious was able to get to Mimi and convince her to take his side and not side with Cookie.  The other twist that happened in the show was the fact that Frank was coming after Cookie because he found out from her cousin that she snitched him out.  Cookie sister Carol got to Cookie just in time to tell her what was happening then she sends her family to Lucious house. Cookie then goes to see Lucious to tell him that Frank is trying to kill her Lucious then confronts Frank and then have him killed.   The other thing was Andre and his wife thinking and talking about Vernon death and making sure that it remains a secret and that it stays between them. All of this in one episode was too much for the viewer and left them wanting more and can’t wait until the next episode.  Below is the list of celebrities that appeared in only one episode.

     Today start the official count down to the return of three major shows that I am going to be talking about on the Mic'sUnlimited blog. The shows are Scandal, How to Get Away with Murder and of course Empire. So in order to prepare or the return of the shows I will be telling you what happened in the previous season so that you will bed all caught up and ready for their return as I am.
